1、Our company would choose the best plan according to the State’s highest standards and the requirements in the contract and technical specification. It would also follow up the entire process to control, inspect and ensure product quality.
2、Build user service technology profile (We would input the related information into product database for users to carry out online query by the correct “product code”.) for following up of after-sales service. Based on customers’ requirements, our company would adopt the best technical plan and equipment to ensure reliable quality, good performance and reasonable price to meet their demands.
3、We provide free warranty for our products ever since they are purchased. Please contact us if there is anything wrong with the products.
4、We would provide Service Manual, Product Certificate, Packing List and other related technical documents for each product we sell, and would train the user’s operators.
5、Free warranty does not cover the following conditions:
Free warranty does not cover malfunction or damage of products in the following conditions, no matter whether they are in or out of warranty period.
● The whole machine or certain components are out of warranty period;
Malfunction or damage caused by incorrect installation, use, maintenance or keeping which disobeys the Service Manual;
● Malfunction or damage caused by installation, repair, modification or disassembly ● carried out by service organization or people that are not certified by Huade;
● Malfunction or damage caused by use of components which are not provided by Huade;
● Malfunction or damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, fire, or being broken during the hoisting);
● Other malfunction or damage due to reasons other than product design, technology, manufacturing or quality etc.
