QC12K CNC shearing machine
|
| With hydraulic transmission and pendulum blade rest, the overall welding of the machine is solid and durable. Nitrogen is used for smooth and rapid return.
With a no level travel distance adjusting function, the gap between upper and lower blade can be adjusted by handle. The evenness of blade gap can be adjusted easily.
Protective bar and electrical inter-protection equipments ensure safe operation together.
NC system and the position encoder form a closed-loop control system with high speed, high accuracy and good stability. It accurately ensures the accuracy of shift dimensions of back-gauge. The NC system has the compensation and automatic detection functions and other additional functions.
